Individual Therapy
At times, it can seem like we have more questions than answers and more problems than solutions. Trauma, childhood adversity, and other psychological wounds get in the way of living the life we want. Exploring our experiences in therapy can help us find the insight we need to improve our lives and relationships.
Individual therapy provides a safe relationship for you to express your thoughts and feelings, gain new perspectives and find healing and growth.
Anxiety & Depression Therapy
Anxiety and depression are distinct but often interconnected. Many experience them simultaneously, intensifying the overall feelings of stress, exhaustion, and self-doubt. Whether it’s constant worry and middle of the night hamster-wheel-thinking, or the ongoing sense of exhaustion and lack of self-worth, we’ll tackle your negative core beliefs and bring back your self confidence.
Trauma-Informed Therapy
Trauma is an inner wound; it’s an experience that changes how we think and act.
Maybe you know you’ve experienced trauma. Maybe you don’t. Either way, trauma’s presence in your body creates dysregulation in your nervous system. Together, we’ll identify and reprocess your trauma in a safe, evidence-based approach that feels good for you.
Relationship (Couples/Family) Therapy
We are inherently relational. Couples often find themselves stuck in repetitive patterns that leave them feeling misunderstood and alone. These patterns might involve feelings of being shut out, attacked, not being heard, or craving more closeness. Our interactions with others deeply influence our sense of self and emotional health. If your relationships feel stuck, I can help. Together, we’ll explore how past and current relationships, experiences and beliefs impact your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

Evidenced-Based Methods
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a widely used, evidence-based approach that addresses negative thought patterns and behaviors. By helping clients identify and challenge distorted thinking, CBT promotes healthier emotional responses and coping strategies. This modality is effective in treating a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, and stress, empowering individuals to make positive changes in their lives through structured, goal-oriented interventions.
Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT)
Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT) is a structured approach to couples therapy that focuses on building stronger emotional connections. By identifying and understanding emotional responses within the relationship, EFT helps partners create secure bonds and improve communication. This method is particularly effective in addressing issues like trust, intimacy, and conflict resolution, promoting a deeper, more compassionate understanding between partners.
Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)
Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is an evidence-based therapy that offers rapid relief from trauma and other psychological stressors. ART uses visualization techniques and guided eye movements to help clients reprocess distressing memories and reduce their emotional impact. This approach is known for its efficiency, often yielding significant improvements in a relatively short period, helping individuals overcome trauma, anxiety, depression, and other emotional challenges.
